Objectives:
To help learners develop their soft skills and develop their personality together with their technical skills. Developing professional, social and academic skills to harness hidden strengths, capabilities and knowledge equip them to excel in real work environment and corporate life. Understand various issues in personal and profession communication and learn to overcome them.

Unit – I Introduction to Soft Skills & Personality Development:
Knowing Yourself, Positive Thinking, Communication Skills, Non- Verbal Communication, Physical Fitness.
Unit – II Communication Skills and needs:
Significance of Communication, Virtues of Listening, Fundamentals of Good Listening, Nature of Non-Verbal Communication, Need for Intercultural Communication, Communicating Digital World.
Unit – III Professional Presentation :
Nature of Oral Presentation, planning a Presentation, Preparing the Presentation, Delivering the Presentation.
Unit – IV Group Discussion & its importance:
Introduction, Ambience/Sating Arrangement for Group Discussion, Importance of Group Discussions, Difference between Group Discussion, Panel Discussion and Debate, Traits, Types of Group Discussions, topic based and Case based Group Discussion, Individual Traits.
Unit – V Leadership and Team Building:
Leader and Leadership, Leadership Traits, Culture and Leadership, Leadership Styles and Trends, Team Building, Types of Teams.
